Doctors from India said that only 30% of the world’s population can properly brush their teeth.

According to statistics, approximately every tenth tartar quickly formed on the teeth. In order not to go to extremes, brushing your teeth is enough.

According to doctors, the toothbrush should be held at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. The movements of the brush themselves must be short, and you should not apply too much force.

Otherwise, you expect a descent of the gums, tooth sensivity and, as a result, their loss, doctors say.

Brushing your teeth should be in parts, but not all at once, advises Dr. Karishma Jaradi.

Also, do not forget about cleaning the tongue and the roof of the mouth.

The back of the teeth should be cleaned, holding the brush almost vertically. In total, the cleaning should take 2-3 minutes. The brush should be replaced every three months.

Doctors also strongly recommend to change the brush after a cold.
